Erase flash in 512 byte blocks
This is the IAP flash memory block size, and the BSL apparently
expects erase to be done aligned to 512 byte.

Handle UID with more flexibility
Some BSLs only send the UID with the erase acknowledge packet,
others only send it with the program options acknowledge packet.
Handle both cases.
